1. WHAT NEUROMAX FORTE -TABLETS ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR
NeuroMax forte -tablets are used for the treatment and prevention of deficiency of vitamins B.
Vitamins B have many important purposes in the metabolism of the body. They function as coenzymes or activators of enzymes in several reactions, take part in the oxidation and reduction reactions and have effect on the nucleus and mitochondrias. Vitamins B are water-soluble compounds, which do not store in the body. The recommended daily allowances (RDA value) of thiamine is 1,0-1,5 mg a day for adults. RDA of pyridoxine is 1,5-2,1 mg and RDA of cyanocobalamin is 3-4 µg.

Do not use NeuroMax forte -tablets
- If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin or any of the other ingredients of NeuroMax forte -tablets
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
NeuroMax forte -tablets can be used with other medicines by using the recommended doses.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
There are no registered risks of usage of NeuroMax forte tablets during pregnancy and lactation.
Driving and using machines
NeuroMax forte film coated tablets do not have any effect on driving and using machines.
3. HOW TO USE NEUROMAX FORTE -TABLETS
The dose for the adults is 1 tablet a day. For children only according the doctor“s order. Tablet should be taken with plenty of liquid. Follow the recommended dosage. Not for continuous use.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines NeuroMax forte -tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Using long term in high pyridoxine doses can cause neural disorders such as numbness, muscle weakness, memory disturbances and clumsiness. There have been reported even neural damages. If you get symptoms above-mentioned you should stop using NeuroMax forte -tablets. The other side effects can be skin rashes.
Orally used cyanocobalamin hasn“t reported any side effects.
Using in high thiamine doses has described some individual cases hypersensitive reactions such as sweating, tachycardia and itch of skin.
Using in recommended doses side effects are rare. If you get any side effects, take contact to your physician.
If any of the side effects get serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW TO STORE NEUROMAX FORTE -TABLETS
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Store below 25 °C.
Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.

What NeuroMax forte tablets contain
- The active substances are thiamine hydrochloride 100 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 200 mg and cyanocobalamin 0,2 mg in one tablet.
- The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulosa, ethylcellulosa, stearic acid, anhydrous colloidal silica and magnesium stearate.
- The ingredients of coating are hypromellose, ethylcellulose, dibutyl phthalate, castor oil, virgin; talc and titanium dioxide (E 171).
NeuroMax forte tablets are lactose free and unsweetened.

Film-coated tablet.
A white to light red, round and convex tablet with score. Diameter 11 mm.
